Alektorophobia or the fear of chickens is a strange fear in which the sufferers starts feeling the stomach butterflies or irregular breathing when they come in contact with Chicken or related products. Chicken food and chicken roosters also give them the symptoms of the phobia.
The common symptoms of Alektorophobia includes shortness of breathing, heavy breathing, stress, anxiety, sweatness, etc.
The causes of Alektorophobia is rather unknown but attributed by some researchers to some mishap involving chicken or fear that the chicken will become live in the stomach if eaten.
