There is no cure for the illness, but there are some management rules and practices which can reduce the effects of symptoms on the daily life of sufferers.

- Special education – providing special education to the child will make him handle symptoms better.
- Supporting positive behavior and reducing problem related behavior can be helpful approach.
- Speech, physical, or occupational therapy can help raise the functional capabilities of the child.
- Social skills can be really valuable for the child by providing ability to read verbal and non-verbal cues which is missing in people with Asperger Syndrome.
An effective treatment plan of Asperger Syndrome is built on the child’s interests and mentions very specific schedules. It should actively engage the children and grab their attention in structured manner.
