A lot of times, you feel that you haven’t slept a bit when you wake up in the morning. If this is the case 3-4 times a week, you are in for a sleep related issues. Sleep has been most ignored issue of the current modern times. Schedules, work expectations, personal choices, celebrations, peer pressure, illness, etc are few of the causes which can deprive sleep and make you vulnerable.

Sleep is the one corner of your life along with other factors like water, nutrition, exercise, etc. Sleep is as vital for your lifestyle as your ability to focus and think using your brain, your ability to relate to people, etc. It is very fundamental in nature and should not be ignored and avoided.
