If your spouse is cheating with you don't leave him or put him out. Do not tell others about your spouse cheating but do not ignore his behaviour with yourself. You must keep talking with your spouse. It will be better for you to get the more knowldge about the affair. For most couples in the process of destroying their relationship, it is quite natural to maintain an emotional fight. Venting is mostly unhealthy for your marriage. sometimes you will opposing views on certain topics try to discuss them and be agree with your spouse your opinion. Do not fight when your children are arounds you. Give appropriate way and importance to children's opinion. All couples have disagreements but arguments create difficulties in marriage. Marriage is coposed of two different kind of people having different thought, feeling and principle. When you will fight you must be alone with oyur spouse, choose appropriate place for marriage. Bad or good fighting happens actually in all marriage. Couples who fight fairly demonstrate several subtle, but crucial traits, that keep them from becoming overly angry and hostile.

Stay control on your fight. Tone of voice, body language, facial expressions and our choice of words all are very important while fighting. do not break up during fight. Never talk on your past while fight. There must not involvement when you will fight with others. Be careful while taking the name of your spouse while fighting. Fighting skills can be learnt. Do not use word never, always in your fighting.
