People can change. I have 20 years of experience helping people to change into a better version of who they want to be. I have been successful at helping children, adolescents, and adults of all ages. People can replace bad habits with good ones, develop healthy coping skills for serious problems, revive failing relationships, and learn to have a good life now and a better hope for the future.
I have experienced the greatest success at helping couples to rebuild destroyed marriages, often when only one partner is willing to attend therapy. I also have an effective method of leading people to overcome the limitations of fear, stress and anxiety, usually within a few weeks.
I approach life from a Christian worldview. I seek after solutions that will benefit all concerned.

I encourage this journey for everyone and will be honored to be a part of yours. My past experience is as a Counselor in Residence and Senior Mental Health Clinician at the Counseling and Psychological Services at the University of Arkansas. See website to schedule.
My expertise is in the areas of mindfulness, self-esteem, introversion concerns, college student concerns, anxiety, depression, trauma, family dynamics, multicultural concerns, pregnancy/postpartum and relational distress.
